B41 Posted March 17, 2009 Share #1 Posted March 17, 2009 To me, it feels like every day that at least one or more lines are affected, even weekdays for example, every day there's always a service change: trains skip 14 and 23 sts, trains skip 238-207sts, etc....... Any thoughts?
MTR Admiralty Posted March 17, 2009 Share #2 Posted March 17, 2009 Like due to 12/9's and weather patterns? AFAIK, there is almost not one day where subway service hasn't got tied up.
metsfan Posted March 18, 2009 Share #3 Posted March 18, 2009 Does it have to be a date, or can it be 24 hours in a row? Last summer there were a few days that had very few issues at all. - A

SubwayGuy Posted March 18, 2009 Share #5 Posted March 18, 2009 Every day there is ALWAYS something. whether it's a train getting a skip, a reroute due to an incident, a train with mechanical problems, or GO's on the weekends, there is always something. NYCT has close to 8000 subway runs a day, millions of passengers, and face it a lot of the geese aren't too bright. Something always happens, never a dull day, part of the reason the system is so interesting.
