This is when photographing the subway started to become a hobby of mine. I was 14 years old during this time, and every time I got the chance coming from Staten Island to Brooklyn to visit Family over in Brighton Beach, i always tried to sneak away for a little while or beg an adult to join me:eek:.

 

Anyways , here is a recap of The Brighton, and West End Lines from a decade ago; with a little OLD Coney Island Stillwell Av thrown in there

You finally got around scanning them photos in huh Zach. Thanks for posting. It's good to see the old Stillwell again the way I remember it. I just recently found photos that my parents took of me in the subway in 1978 and 1979. I would post them but it would be too embarrassing.

Im going to try and scan whatever I can online and post them. Before I went digital I only used a 35mm camera so I produced 11 photo albums (album books, not online:eek:) so I have about another 800-1000 pictures to get up online. This is all my photography from September 1998-June 2006.

 

I figured between school and work, im going to try and scan at least at minimum 10 photos a day until completion.
