Ken S. Posted March 27, 2009 Share #1 Posted March 27, 2009 Could you folks kindly check my site and tell me what you see? I'm getting the "Error 999" message and hitting F5 is not working like it usually does.
Joe Posted March 28, 2009 Share #2 Posted March 28, 2009 That's the same error I get. Does this entitle me to some free NJT tickets? (sorry, I had to )
Ken S. Posted March 28, 2009 Author Share #3 Posted March 28, 2009 That's the same error I get. Does this entitle me to some free NJT tickets? (sorry, I had to ) I sent Yahoo a message about this. They just did maintenance on the GeoCities servers so I might have to start looking for a new host if the performance has gotten worse instead of better. Joe Posted March 28, 2009 Share #4 Posted March 28, 2009 Yeah I used to keep some stuff on a geocities, luckily it was just photos so I moved it over to flickr without a headache. My brother uses a small orange for his site, he's had a great experience with them, i'd recommend them.
Ken S. Posted March 28, 2009 Author Share #5 Posted March 28, 2009 It's working again, must have been a small hiccup or something. EDIT: 9:28 PM, it's doing it again. This is really beginning to annoy me.
Ken S. Posted March 30, 2009 Author Share #6 Posted March 30, 2009 Looks like it's been down all day today. And since Yahoo has been no help in finding out what is wrong. I guess plans are to find a new host as soon as I can (kinda hard to do in a state famous for excessive taxes and political corruption).
