Port Authority Accepts Offer For Money To Study Cross-Harbor Tunnel

The Port Authority is once again looking into building a new tunnel under New York Harbor – but just to transport freight.

Two years ago, the PA rejected the idea for a Cross Harbor Freight tunnel when it was offered federal money for a study.
