If you count the ones sent to NJT, they're already seeing service. B)

Like 7LineFan said, some had been sent to NJT, since half of the order was cut, due to the dangerous pipe thingys in the back, they are either at Atlantic Diesel, or Westchester Yard.

I am assuming, then, that they are awaiting modifications to the exhaust system before entering service with MTA bus or NYC bus, correct?

Ha, its all BS with the MTA about this order. NJT put them on the spot by putting 18 of those bad boys in service almost immediately after receiving them. There is something else up.
