Subway door chimes

Recommended Posts

What might seem to be a strange request.

Does anyone have a audio file of the closing door chimes?

I'd like to find a way to download it to my cell phone.

Thanks

Technically they did, but these are more "computerized." Changing the style has something to do with ADA requirements, I believe.

Not a strange request at all,I like that sound. I actually heard it on my scanner the other day while listening to one of the ham radio frequencies. After he would be finished speaking you would hear those chimes. I am not a licensed ham operator, all I can do is listen on my scanner.

Found this on Youtube:

has anyone else noticed that there is a difference between the R142/R143 doorchime and the R160 door chime?

The R142/143 chime is more defined. It's a very minor difference.
