Bracamonte 124 Posted April 7, 2009 Share #1 Posted April 7, 2009 Is it safe to eat peanut butter now? A few months ago, there were reports of peanut butters containing a bacteria called Salmonella.
Paul P 0 Posted April 7, 2009 Share #2 Posted April 7, 2009 This bacteria was commonly found in peanuts themselves, not peanut butter that was produced, forgive me if I'm wrong. I don't follow along because it's far from my favorites! B)

metsfan 2 Posted April 7, 2009 Share #4 Posted April 7, 2009 It's the PB put into products like crackers and combined with other things like power bars that were not safe, however jarred stuff is/was unaffected. - A
