TTC picks Bombardier to supply streetcars

if it is going to come out Kanona plant in upstate NY then nothing good will come of it, they are so far behind on their contracts and have no idea what they are doing
You seem like you really know your stuff and should be making comments like that.

 

Anyways, like the new subway cars being built by Bombardier for the TTC, they're going to be built at the Thunder Bay plant in Canada.

Not only the deal regarding the new cars, but also the fact that Bombardier is a Canadian company, IINM. If you were them, who would you pick, a domestic company or a foreign company? Bear in mind, Bombardier is doing pretty well, especially in Canada.

 

 

Well, the foreign companies have done very well, here! I would actually pick the foreign company if I was them! Although Bombardier has acquired many foreign builders, and has done quite well overseas just the same!

 

For the most part, I think Bombardier is the closest we have to a domestic company, but even it is also very foreign!
