Who can see Unicode characters?

I just put up an alternate version of my Carhistory page with all the route letters as Unicode "Enclosed alphanumeric bullets".

http://www.erictb.info/carhistoryunicode.html

The HTML codes for them (typed using & # and ; ) are basically in the 9300's and 9400's, and they replace the bullet images. These are basically dark print on light backgroud, like the old part time bullets the back of the maps used to use.

There are also a series of "negative" bullets that are "filled" with a light character, like the standard route bullets. But these are only in numbers 11-20 for some reason, and only available in the code 2000 font. (Hope they do add the letters and rest of numbers sometime).

Whenever everyone can see these, then other boards such as Subchat, you could have bullets just using HTML code!

Actually, when I first posted those, the HTML worked, and I had to remove the & # and ; so that the code numbers (in parenthesis) would show instead of a second bullet. But we don't need them here, since we have the img bullets. It's subchat that could use these.
