Because the crew is not visiting, and cannot reach the ISS, in case of a "no return" issue, STS Endeavor sits prepped on a nearby pad. The first, and last time 2 shuttles will be on the pads at the same time, so don't miss it if you can get it on science channel, or cnn, or msnbc.
