This pic was taken from high up in the air. Look how thin that sign is, and it's taller than 5-6 feet. true but its all the blame of albany for lack of goverment funding. If the agency knows what to do and enacts on appropriate measures, we won't revisit the bygone days. However, if the MTA continues to waste money and not give a bunch of bollocks on the existing infrastructure, chances are, more infrastructural problems will surface, just like what happened 30 years ago.
