ditja Posted June 1, 2009 Share #53 Posted June 1, 2009 I'm not sure ditja. Can you give me some tips (info) on the depots in brooklyn. That will be helpful to me to pick one bef:tup:. I know of some of the names but thats it. Depots close to Jay st. Down Town BK. Thank You. There are 6 depots in brooklyn. grand ave and fresh pond are closer to queens. east ny is right by jackie robinson pkway's ent. jackie gleason is around 36st subway station. ulmer park is in bensonhurst and flatbush is around kings plaza. so which 1 is closest to you? if you pick gleason, that means you need to learn 19 routes, only 6 for flatbush;) also you want to think about which area u wanna work, east ny, downtown bklyn or bay ridge. however, i suggest you to pick ulmer park. since it's easier to pass probation over there (base on my own exp)

I need to learn about those Depots & And which one I would have less problems gettng to in the winter time. I know being on time is always a must. So thats why I would pick which ever one I can get to faster in case any thing happens. And then again routes with less congestion would be best during my probation. In either case I'll will do what I have to do. LOL Thank You again for that info.

gabchi0909 Posted August 7, 2009 Share #62 Posted August 7, 2009 you will get the manual and the benefit folder at 180 Livingston, from the supervisor interview. it's really up to you to study it or not. oh, don't bring the benefit folder on your 1st day to zerega, it doesn't mean anything until you qualify Quick question, my husband got a rules and regulations manual today from Livingston...but it seems to only have 4 pages which describe situation or rules for b/o...other than that the first chapter is for all employees...then the remaining chapters pertain to T/O. Is this the manual you are speaking about? Thanks
