NYC Subway interconnects

My handle is George. AS I lived the first 31 years of my life in NYC, the subways are near and dear to me. After that, I lived 9 years in the Poconos and now 18 years in the western Adirondack foothills. I have a massive HO scale layout in my master bedroom which includes NY subway cars, LIRR, Metro North, NY Central, Amtrak, and our local railroad- the Lowville and Beaver River. I'm also a member of the NYC System Historical Society and the Railway Historical Society of Northern New York. I do have one question, though, on how the new subway cars from Bombardier are switched into the subway at Fresh Pond Yard. I know there is a connection at Bush Terminal to the Cross Harbor and once a connection existed by Livonia St. Are there still now or were there once other feedpoints into the subway system? I know the ones made at Kawasaki are trucked from Yonkers to 207 St. yard. We at the RHSNNY may also be interested in purchasing an old subway car.
