Future WTC PATH station?

Well I wasn't asking what it is now but if that's the actual design they're going to use. I just think its hideous to be honest.

Well the design is something the developers aren't even sure of anyway because they have about 4 to choose from but lots of time to make a decision. But the one in the picture you showed is the top one. But we're stilling on that big ol' hole so no one should hold their breathe.....

 

But with the plans they wanna do with Ground Zero and the stuff involving the WTC Memorial, I won't be surprised if they don't go with that station design.

That design just doesn't fit in with any of the surroundings (If that picture is relatively accurate)..

 

And it does not even seem like a practical design..

I agree it looks like a big dinosaur rib cage laying on the ground. Just like in the tram route in Trainz Classics:p

To me it looks like that old school comb like thingy that young girls/women put in their hair to hold their hair when it is rolled up. You know the one that claps close when you depress the two sides.

It's supposed to be the NYC transportation hub. When the Freedom Tower opens in 2011, I'm going to be right at the top, looking down at it.

Yes, I know, and I don't blame you. I was actually supposed to be going to the top of the twin towers on 9/11(class field trip), but we got stuck in traffic. Thank god! But I'm still going to the top on opening day.

I hope that won't be the new PATH station. It does look like an ovesized hair clip. But as far as the Freedom Tower, I wanna go in there too!
