NYC subway hero, lawyer settle lawsuits

NEW YORK (AP) — A commuter hailed as a hero for saving a teenager who fell in front of a subway train has settled with his own lawyer over lawsuits they filed against each other.

Wesley Autrey Sr. had accused lawyer Diane L. Kleiman and her business partner Marc Antonio Esposito, of Marco Antonio Productions, of having him sign an unfair contract that gave them most of any money he earned because of his fame.

Man that is confusing,so the guy saved her and now they are suing each other?

No, the person who he saved has nothing to do with the lawsuit. Remember, it was a man he saved. He must of got this lawyer to handle his "fame", and any monies that came from it (doing shows, etc...) In the contract (that I don't think Autrey read), their must of been a clause saying that the law firm would get X amount of any proceeds coming to Autrey for handling his business. That X must of been 51% or over, since he says the law firm got most of the money. He is suing them for the money that he "claims" they took from him, without his knowledge. They are suing him, saying he signed the contract (basically a counter-suit), so they are entitled to it.
