You actually have to go down to 60 Bay St on Staten Island, and go fill out an application...As far as I know, they're are no civil service tests for Staten Island. :tup: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

From what I remember of the people who worked there thats how alot of them got in, but its been almost a decade since I spoke to anyone who worked there.
