Tbirdbassist Posted June 11, 2009 Share #1 Posted June 11, 2009 I was riding down Bushwick Avenue behind the yard and looked inside the opening back there and saw an R40 slant pair. Obviously not in service, it was on the layup track one or two away from the "loop track". Anyone know which set this is? I was moving fast so I couldn't stop and get a better look. But I definitely saw a Slant pair sitting there. Whats it doing there? Or has been turned into a office car or something?

R44 5278 Posted June 12, 2009 Share #4 Posted June 12, 2009 I guess those Redbirds didn't have A/C. Anyhow, the R40s' A/C beats the A/C of every fleet in the system!
