First 2 cars unknown numbers were badly damaged. They were taken to Coney Island Yard and will most likely be scrapped. The car pictured with the damage is the third car that was involved. Your welcome for the coverage :)

I would have liked to see some of the real train carnage with the "severe damage." Not that wrecks are good, but I'd like to know the extent of the damage. Hopefully some yard pics on nycsubway.org soon. Too bad for those R42s... and the TO... wonder what'll happen to him?

What happens to the T/O, knowing the MTA he may have some time in the streets. As for those cars, will the TA fix up the other two, not the ones smashed up, will they write off all four cars?

 

They can fix them, then sell them to me! lol
