Subway Rat Posted January 26, 2017 Share #1 Posted January 26, 2017 I heard about the LIRR East Side Access Project. According to the MTA, East Side Access will give people around 40 minutes of their time back instead of many commuters who live on the east side having to go to Penn Station every day in which taking normally 45 minutes. And nothing has really been going on lately with it.
