    It's not a 12-9 this time. It's actually a manhunt for a perp who escaped custody. How the hell does that happen?

    Apparently while being escorted out of his house he pushed an officer and ran into the subway. I don't see why he wasn't in handcuffs and if he is in handcuffs well I feel sorry for him if he's in the tunnels.
