As someone who drives the S79 everyday, I can tell you that the hybrids struggle to get over the bridge. It has nothing to do with the governor, as that is set at 45mph. Some hybrids can barely maintain 30mph over the bridge when loaded.
I've actually had the entire bus shut off while I was climbing the bridge and had to coast it down to the Brooklyn side and wait for a tow.
If I were in charge of Yukon, I would put the hybrids on straight local, and take some Novas and put them on the SBS.

Yukon has 8256 and 8257 but they are only being used to train us on for now.

If I could do it all over again, I would get my CDL before you start. Just another thing to worry about. I only lost 5 points on my test but there were guys there with me that failed the first time, and I wouldn't want to be in their shoes.

Is the bus roster on TTMG gone? Where is the most updated roster?

First day on mta bus and i didnt do that bad. Did the whole ALSAPS thing. Almost ran over a curb though. I gotta watch my right side. Its really important to set up your mirrors. If your on a narrow road dont be afraid to take more than you what you would have in a regular car. I actually learned a lot and hope to put it to use. Doing S curves tomorrow.
Yes, it's very intimidating the first few times you drive the bus if you've never driven anything big before. You get used to it very quickly though. Good luck.

A friend of mine is list number 8XX has been to multiple drug tests. He just got a letter he was 1 in 3'd. Is this normal? I've never heard of this being used in open competitive tests.
