  1. That's not true. We have a pick every 3-4 months so you have a chance of getting something that works for you, maybe not right away but sooner rather than later. Then every year you have the general pick, which ended on Tuesday, and there were depots with weekends off. If anything Queens is more difficult because you have so many senior drivers who won't let go they're schedule until they retire. As far as appreciative passengers they are in every borough, I sometimes get tired of hearing "Thank you" or "have a good day" and I'm in the Bronx. If people pay or not it's not an operators concern, you get paid to drive the bus safely, not collect fares (Zerega's exact words) they have undercovers who handle fare beaters. And lastly people will treat you based on your attitude so if your attitude is sh*t you will be treated as such.Queens is a more decent borough.

Yea when your new zeregra tells you not to worry about the fare when you pass probation your going to take a class called 'top class' then they'll tell you the real stuff that's when they tell you if you have the same people not paying the fare you let you depot boss know

  2. If you can pick into queens go for it it's it's way better then everywhere else u can work any time of day u want and you'll get weekends off in 5 years. In OA depots ur your working nights for minimum 10 years and weekends off 20 years.

Plus in queens u work stress free everyone saids good morning hi bye thanks. Everywhere else no one pays and treat u like sh*t

  3. Any particular reason why they have that like that wereif u pick queens ur there for life why is that?

Queens and Staten Island are like that because in manhattan bronx and brooklyn u can pick into different depots every year and move up and down in senority we don't like that in queens and Staten Island we always move up in senorita
