Hi all...im new to transit and received my first check as a paper check but was wondering how long does it take for direct deposit to start. I did it after I received the first check so that's about 2 weeks ago.

just wondering what should I expect? Is this when they drug test? Not that I am worried about the drug test but it also said alcohol and even tho I doubt a glass of wine or shot a few days prior would matter.. just would like to know so i’ll have a heads up.. I just guess they don’t want people showing up drunk or been drinking on the day of testing?

 

Yes you will be sent for a drug test on that day

All training is days. As for the in house pick it depends what OSAC gives the instructor.

My whole class got Wed & Thurs RDOs but the amount of slots per tour was fairly even.

Our instructor did say he has had classes where everyone was the same RDOs and tour so there wasn't much to pick.

I was first to pick in my class and got PMs which is what I wanted.

what shift did you choose?

Did they have many midnight shifts?

Can anyone who recently finished training give us any advise or incite about the training and on the job experience so far.

Did anyone who attended pre employment May 10th for station agent get called back after  taken the drug test?

Are there any classes scheduled for june or july

besides drug test is there a medical for station agent
