So after receiving numerous private messages (PMs) and requests asking me for the URL link to these handouts, I decided to make it easier on all of us by making a "pinned" topic with these handouts, including the interior & exterior pre-trip checkoff list (last two images). Therefore, here they are:

    pg 1pg 2pg 3

    pg 4 - NYCTF

    pg 5pg 6pg 7pg 8pg 9pg 10pg 11pg 13Pre-trip page 1

(PAW = Power Steering Fluid, Antifreeze, Windshield Washer Fluid)**

(GOAT = Gasoline, Oil, Antifreeze, Transmission Fluid)**

    (CAT = Cuts/Abrasions/Threads)**

    Pre-trip page 2

Enjoy!! If you have any questions about these handouts, please do not hesitate to ask them in this thread/topic.

Hey can you refresh the links when you get a chance. Thanks.

  2. I graduated 10/28/2019 (7612, I was a medical holdover for almost a year because of the sleep apnea testing) and at least half of my class was from the 4600 list, there were only 32 in my class. Once we left, Amos at Eastchester said there would be 70+ called every 2 weeks.

Share this. I just made it and it helped me pass the DMV CDL test once in training.

This is ridiculous...like its making ger a panic attack...I tried to do a sleep study before but the insurance I have will only allow them to mail me the machine then I have to mail it back to them then they notify me of results...I think its going to take too long

Hey, what was the process like when you went for your medical?

What were the different steps the Physicians put you through?

  4. I just got called by the MTA employment Division to come in for my medical on December 13th at 7:30 a.m..

My pre-employment appointment was on November 26th. List #4XX.

It looks like they've gotten up to to list number 1,4XX, my friend just got his letter on Friday.

For TA, no. You'll get an A3 restriction which is fine, unless you're working out of Staten Island and you're operating the S89, which goes into New Jersey.

Oh ok, that's exactly the restriction they added, A3.

I was just paranoid because I was put on the spot by the DMV people and had no clue which option to choose.

  6. Was a medical form needed to get your CDL permit? I passed all three and when I went to get my test certified, they said I had check one of the four boxes on the back of the application. And told me the first two boxes I needed a medical form, so I ended up just choosing the last one. I'm not sure if I'm screwed now.

  7. "This is the MTA notifying you that we have mailed you a letter to report for employment processing for Bus Operator, Exam no. 7612. Please refer to your letter for your scheduled reporting date. If you do not receive your letter by Tuesday, November 10, please call us at 347-643-7149 to confirm your appointment. Please note that you will be required to have a valid CDL permit with passenger endorsement when you report and if you do not have one, you will not be permitted to proceed in the process at this time. Thank you."

Just got this email, followed by a phone call from the MTA, so they started calling. My list number is 4XX.
