If you check out the NYC Civil Service List Certification page, followed by typing in "07612" in the search box on the top right, on February 6th (yesterday) the agency "certified" those candidates whose list number range from 14 to 1,463. Now if you look at the far right side of the chart, they say they only have 200 vacancies available. However, just like with all of the other civil service examinations I took, you start out with a high certification sequence number, and then as it gets lower, the agency will make an effort to get in contact with you one way or another.

Hey, I checked out the link you provided and I’m list number 188, but the date it says I was certified was back in November not February 6th. Does that mean I won’t be getting contacted like the other people who got certified on the 6th?
