I have a question about transit cleaner how does the random number thing work cause they gave me a random number and it was pretty high and I applied soon as it came out. Can anyone help me understand it ?

I dont think this position is first apply first to get.... they gave out random number to applicant and make this game relevantly fair..but to me they just make this game like to buy lottery... lol

Yeah my list # was below 100. I'm assuming that is a good thing considering the amount of people that applied. It was my 2nd drug test. The lab lady said I took a 2nd one because my other drug test had expired. She also noted that if you don't receive an email with results that it is a good thing. She said if you receive the results it is most likely because something was detected. They also asked if you have any tickets pending. I had 2 and the lady told me to pay them before I go to lab to be safe.

Did your guys call by list number>??

For the position of TEH, you need only 1 of three things, EET Associates OR Electrical certificate from approved trade school, OR the state years in experience. In short if you have an EET degree (like myself) or Certificate your good. Idk how the candidates with only experience will go about their process.

    Thanks for the inform...

I have a bachelor's degree majored in physics (no working experience do you think that will count??? My school was a liberal art college with no engineering program..

In order to be elegible for this position do we need both education and experience or we can have one. For example I have my degree in eet but no working experience so would I be qualified for the position. Notice of exam  says education or experience and some say you need both so confused here.

Do you have any answer to your question? or does any else know?? Thanks..

I spoke to Pre Employment and they are in the 550 range from the 720 who passed the 8611 exam. They need to process and hire/disqualify all those remaining people first before they even start the process on our exam.

and we don’t even have list numbers, the lady from pre employment said to expect at least a year or so before we hear something from them.

so I guess it’s best to just forget about the exam for now.

    Any updates??
