Hey there, this is my first time making a topic here, specifically ones that make signs for people, so expect me not to know a thing or two.
Welcome to the New York City Subway Signs topic, I make signs for anyone that needs 'em!
There are many styles of signs that you can submit:-Akzidenz sign
-Helvetica sign
-White on black (present-day color scheme for signs)
-Black on white (past color scheme for signs)
There are also many types of signs you can submit:
-Exit sign [It can include transfers and/or street name as well, must specify what direction arrow is pointing, up, bottom right, top left, etc]
-Entrance sign [You must say what lines you want & if it's a wheelchair accessible station, if there are fictional lines, please specify the color(s)]
-Station name sign [for ex, 42 St Port Authority Bus Terminal, can be a pillar sign (Lex Av-
59 St)]
-Transfer sign [Sign with arrow with the lines you can transfer to, if you want arrow, you must specify what direction arrow is pointing, up, bottom right, top left, etc]
-Transfer sign with boroughs [for ex, Downtown & Brooklyn ->, must specify what direction arrow is pointing, up, bottom right, top left, etc]
-Overhead sign/Route info sign/whatever you'd like to call it [for ex, Downtown & to Coney Island Other times
Brooklyn via via Brighton Local Express on
Broadway Express Late nights & weekends opposite track]
-Local Express sign [for ex, Local Express
]
-Other, if I missed any type of sign, please tell me so I could add it in
PLEASE NOTE: If you want any of these signs you must specify the style, for example, 'I want a white on black Helvetica pillar street name sign that says 44 Street-Cedrick Square please'
I forgot about the Local Express type of sign so you can request that now too

I know, I know, this forum is pretty much inactive since 2013, but, if you're seeing this, could I have an Akzidenz sign that says:
South Ferry
Subway Station <--- Old 1 rollsign
In the white style, with a black stripe on top?
Thanks!0
