I went on the 19th of this month for drug tests. I’m still waiting for a call/email back for medical/final processing. Hopefully I’ll get it this coming week

Make sure you have every document and READ each direction carefully.  Mistakes are easily made and will set you back. If you had any surgery on any part of your body, I would see a doc and get a note / clearance for that particular surgery to ensure you are OK to perform physical work. They will test and look for issues especially with those that have / had a condition or trauma to make sure you are qualified. Don't have any tickets of any kind, in any state or any criminal charges pending.  Bring the disposition papers for whatever and make sure you are out of trouble.  I've seen people turned back right before they made it to be hired. Good luck

It was a little over 2 weeks from the drug screening until I received the email for medical. Just make sure you have all proper documents and the pre employment forms filled out correctly. Make sure you don't have any pending tickets or summons of any kind open and if you do, pay it off before the date and have documented proof you did. After the drug screening,  I would say within 30 days, you will be hired in. Good luck

Drug test

Went for my appointment today, was out by 12:45. All in all was not too bad

Social security card, birth certificate and state ID/Drivers license.  Make sure you don't have any outstanding tickets of any kind. They won't let you take the drug test if you do.  I saw three people sent home when I went for drug test. If you do have to take care of any tickets,  have proof that they are handled. Good luck

Received a phone call today to come to 180 Livingston street to continue the employment process. I haven’t received an email yet. List number 89*. What do I need to bring with me besides the completed application?

The digital signature is fine. I did the same and sent it in months ago. If you leave blanks or fill something out wrong the mta will contact you via email and Will tell you either what you are missing or what to correct on the application. They did it for alot of the guys that got the canvass letter and pre employment forms back in february.

You're not able to provide the signature on the PDF format? When I save the PDF file to my desktop, I use the "fill and sign" feature to sign the documents. I have used feature this at least twice during the pandemic for other "official" documents, and the people reviewing the documents said the following two words to me: "Good enough."

I also received my pre employment application email earlier in the day today. But just about an hr ago I received another email which said the following.

Please see below and use this corrected email address instead when returning your completed applications to the Employment Center.

is this a spam email or really a legitimate one?

I also received my pre appointment application today after 12 pm, but just about an hr ago I received another email from employmentcentermow@nyct.com which said the following..

is this a fake email?
