What EXACTLY do they ask you on the Education and Experience
It’s how I explained it more or less as per our contract. It must be a typo on their end. @Schecter got 5 days his first year because he was hired in July. He accrued 5 days for the 5 months on the job. (July-December) Those 5 days (1 week) are usable the following year.
