Problem using the forum on PC

Every time I use the forums on PC it works for a few minutes, and then clicking any link causes the "the connection has timed out" error in my browser. I have to stop using the forum for some indeterminate amount of time before it starts working again for a few minutes. It's a pretty weird and annoying problem, any help would be greatly appreciated.

That would be a problem with your internet not the website.

 

Edit: I believe either restarting chrome (or whatever browser you are using), restarting your computer, or just close out of all your tabs might help.
