I think that there is no rhyme or reason to it . I’m number 7** and I’m 35 in the sequence
If you ignore the list numbers with 2019 certification date, it’s all in order.

Yeah I’ve been on that page, but could you point me to where you are finding the certification sequence?

The lowest list number on this certified list is #36, and yet he is #17 on the certification sequence . Where are the other 16? What are their list numbers? How can this be???
Can I ask where you all are getting this info?

Is there a way to find out how many people are on the outstanding certification and what number you are on the list?

Ok that makes sense. I also deferred. I just recently put my name back on the list but I haven’t heard anything yet.

You will be taken off the list for up to 1 year, until you reinstate. When you reinstate, you will be added back to the list and called with the next batch of hires to continue the employment process. (Or to start training, depending on where you deferred)
So I just mail in the form saying that I decline employment and call back when I’m ready. Then wait for them to call me again. Correct?

I’m sure this has been explained somewhere but I haven’t been able to find it. Can someone explain the deferment process? How long can we defer and what happens when you call to have your list number reinstated? Are you put to the back of the list?

Did she have the license before the end of the filing period?
Yes. She’s had her license for years.

Highly doubt she can appeal that disqualification. The requirements were clearly stated on the NOE.
NYS drivers license and one year full time work experience.
The Notice says a license “valid in NYS”. If NYS residency is not a requirement why wouldn’t drivers license from other states be valid? It’s just confusing to me, because I took the test and my license was expired yet they sent me a list number.

Hi my sister received a disqualification letter saying that she “did not indicate that you possess the required license and/or permit for this exam.”
Are drivers license from other states invalid?
Can she appeal?
