Waiting for that call #122X

I was just appointed to the July 29th class. There may still be spots open, but I'd act fast. 180 was packed today. I heard there will be a class in either August/September (or both), but no dates are confirmed. It may not be too late for July 29!

Congrats to you man. Yeah it was crazy there today glad I was in and out quick since it was just another drug test.

Hey Calvin, I went in for 2nd DT today and it was not as fast as May 9th. In may I was out of there in under an hour, today I got there a bit late(around 7:20am) with a ticket # in the 15xs and I finished around 2:30. Unfortunately the lab crew was understaffed and only had 2 people working,others were out sick. Around 2 oclock it seemed like the cavalry of 3 other techs came to help which made the room clear out quickly. I wish everyone with 2nd DTs a speedier turn around time but for me the job opportunity is worth the wait. Now I will wait a little more for the medical phone call. Good Luck everyone!!!!

Went really quick 3rd person to get ticket out the door @ 930am

My pre-interview was May 7th. Second DT was July 2nd, now I'm just waiting on a call back for medical. List # 108x hopefully get a call this week, fingers crossed.

Was it in and out fairly quickly since it was the 2nd DT? I have to go back in tomorrow.

Might be filled by the time they get to us. Last hired 1061 and im 122X.

Just spoke to someone in HR, its another drug test in preparation for a August/Sept Class so the DT's won't have to be expired by the time they call you for the final processing. Thank you.

Meant to post the same thing but I got busy @ work.

 I just called HR, I have to call back on Monday because the head of the dept is on vacation, but the women over the phone told me the DT is good for 90 days, so this might be for the medical. I'll get back to you guys on Monday to verify this.

Guess i'll call monday as well.

I got a notice to go back in for a DT test 7/10 too.

Received the same letter in the mail like I did in early May for preinterview and medical examination. 

 

Called employment and it's another round of drug tests? So I have to do the exact same thing again as a month and a half ago then wait for a call for final processing?

List# range? I took my DT 5/9. I hope I dont have to take another day off of work to travel to NY to do the same thing, dont get me wrong I will if i have too.

To anyone who's gone for "processing": What is that like? TA wouldn't reveal many details, except that it's an all-day affair. What exactly happens? You sit with an investigator, painstakingly reviewing the 21-page booklet; stuff like that? Curious to know what I'll be in for. Thanks!

Decided to call this morning. The liaison told me that the 6/24 class was filled and the last # hired was 1061. There will be a class in July and August but they just dont have the dates confirmed yet.

Question Guys from 2000 to 2004 I was a fulltime college student with part-time temp jobs here and there. I'm having a hard time finding the agencies I worked for and ones I do find all say they have new systems and dont have access to those records. I even went to SS for my print out and another issue is that they only have the parent company and even when I try to google it I cant find the information I need. I dont know what to do, how should I handle this.

I'm trying I really am. But if it all works out I get to move back to nyc. Left in 2010 and have been trying to get back ever since.

Yeah I got it too. While I was there they said it was resend out with correct rate. I'm not going to go in again personally.

In the 21 page book how far back with school. High school or back to elementary?

I told them about that and they didn't care but I did have a violation that I had to run to Staten Island to get a copy of my disposition from my lawyer. They reviewed it (was nervous, cause I was the last one in that first large room) but they came back and said your good to go take your drug test. Now I have to fill out this 21 page booklet that everyone was talking about.

I go in tomorrow and now I'm anxious.

What about your driving record like being arrested for driving with a suspended license? But it was only in nyc I had a legit license from another state. Happens years ago dont even remember the year. I was fresh out of HS almost 10yrs ago. Wait longer graduated in 2000.
