How do you find out what your list number is?
I tried to locate the info and pulled the chief but wants me to pay to view the article.
Really amped up right now.
Good luck to all.
Download it from there

just received vmail from nyct. the list will be established in 9 months...(

My advise to you is to either:
A) go to the MTA Exam Information Center, located at 180 Livingston Street, in the lobby. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 3 PM.
OR
B) E-mail examsunit@nyct.com. From my experience of going through the hiring process with B/O exam 2613, this is the best way to get in contact with them, since HR won't have any information and the exams unit doesn't like taking in phone calls.
Either way, make sure to give them all relevant information (name, SS #, list numbers on both exams, etc.)
Good luck!!
Thanks Young.

From what I recall when I took it last in November of 2013, there were 77 questions and we had 2 & 1/2 hours, which sounds correct if you spend 2 minutes on a question...
Hope this helps.
thank you, young.

Found also this. http://open.nysenate.gov/legislation/bill/S5385-2013
Probably you can seal some cases. ) if this new law is in effect already.

Yeah my lawyer said it's sealed but I'm thinking I should mention it just to be safe. A career with the MTA is too important to me to screw it up over something minor.

This is good to hear as I have a misdemeanor from 2012 that was sealed after a year.

Is it possible to seal a conviction in NY? As I know you cannot do it. (

I have a 10 year old felony and I work for transit as a train operator. Be truthful, have disposition papers for every conviction and you'll be fine. good luck
Thanks. I hope now its not gonna be a huge problem for me but i still can fail with small ones. )

I have a criminal record (fraud, misdemeanor, probation, no jail time, 11 years ago). I've got a Certificate of Relief from court which grants a relief from ban to employment. Is this record gonna be a problem for me to get a job in NYCTA as a bus operator? Is anybody familiar with this situation? Thanks.

just realized that the subject line in HR email says medical ONLY. The 21 page booklet is not mentioned in the list of docs i should bring with me and no words about final processing. What does it mean? If i pass medical then i have to come back for the final procedures? is there no new class date determined?
