Hey everyone quick question on the 21 page booklet were it ask for ur background if u had a case a misdemeanor to be more exact which was dismissed and sealed do u write that down? Anyone can help illappreciate thanks

Yes, after a brief hold I've completed the medical.

Ur probably goin in tomm for final processing then if thats the case you will need the booklet and at the same time they probably do the drug test ..

I have a second drug test tomorrow, will bring the booklet just in case but I don't think I'll be needing it...What, if anything, will I need to bring in addition to the booklet for final processing?

Have u done the medical already?

Any updates on medical has anyone received an email to come in for medical in the list number range 1800s?

Thank you..I'm on medical hold. Planning to go back in February after taking care of few personal matters. Hopefully I will have seniority then. If I pass, i want to pick Staten Island.

Do u have long on medical hold if u dont mind me askin.. is it hard to come off it?

Only for the particular medical problem you're having. e.g. if you're blood sugar is high, they will ask your doc to fill out the form about blood sugar. Nothing else.

When someone is placed on medical hold the sheet that MTA gives for ur primary doctor to fill up does it only ask especifically for what mta needs or does it ask for ur health overall? Anyone whos been threw this that can inform the rest of us will gladly appreciate it thanks upfront..

Passed DMV today, wasn't hard at all and now tomorrow I start line training in Staten Island at Castleton depot. Good luck to all those that started this week and all those coming up. It was very stressful but today it was so rewarding today completing this last hurdle.

If they calling 17xx and your 19xx then just wait. That's is a lot of people to process. Btw next week they are is no training Thursday and Friday, so for us in class now we are going straight 10 days Tuesday Nov 15 to Wednesday Nov 23. Then 4 days off Thurs Fri Sat and Sun.

They're wrong...I'm 177x, and I've started medical already.

Thats what i though so yea there defenitly wrong then.. at one point they try tellin me that the high numbers are people that are already workin for mta and are just transfering to TA thats probably not true also

Usually first day is pre employment and drug test for which they send via mail a package u have to fill up and take with u but it might be a little different in ur case since u was suppose to have heard from them a while back... good luck though and ur welcome anytime

Oh ok how ever if it is ur first time then ur goin in for pre employment and drug test that i already did last week .. and was told to wait for an email for the medical thats what im waiting for thanks for ur help though i appreciate it ima defenitly call ms chestnut just to ask and see and make sure im good

Bonilla1987, You should call Mrs ChestNut, I am number 14XX. When I spoke to her she gave me an appointment for the 28th. I believe this is the medical. Her number is 347. 643.8213.

Just tryna figure out if is for medical ot regular pre employment u goin in for bc i did the regular pre employment already ..

I spoke to someone in the hr department today and they told me they supposively only doin medical to people on the 13xx range but i though i seen people with numbers alot higher than that already been ask to come in or im i wrong?

Any update the people that were at livington today doin there medical do u guys know by any chance the next trainin class ? Did they tell you after medical which class you be attending??

day one is paperwork to be filled out a Zerega same info from the first round of questions. want to know 3 years employment, 3 years driving accidents or tickets, then convictions as far back as ever. before you leave your giving a packet with information, study book manual, and your id/metro card pass. your then told what depot to report to for the rest of the training. if you don't have your cdl license, you have to pay the DMV 40 bucks for appointment scheduling. Don't schedule the test, bring that conformation of payment to your direct superintendent and they will make the date for the test after you pass qualifying.

if you have cdl permit

-pass day 6 and 7 then you have 2 chances to pass road test. if you fail road test you have to go back to qualifications

- day 8/9 and pass both and then they send you again for the road test and must qualify. Fail the test your out.

if you have your cdl license

-day 6 and 7 qualify pass and your in. if not then...

-day 8 retrain and day 9 qualify your in. if not then...

-day 10 do or don't.

Oh so u dont report to zerega every day while in training? Do u go to different depots?
