I'm in 12/26; a lot of passed their road tests, I'm doing mine today. Picks are done, but I transferred to Staten Island, I will get details later today. What do you want to know?

Blunt depots available; Fresh Pond, Grand Avenue, East New York, Ulmer Park, Gleason. Gleason and ENY had the most spots

Transferred before I picked, will be on Staten Island provided I pass my road test tomorrow. I selected Charleston at orientation, hopefully that comes through.

Our entire group had problems today. Hopefully we all bring our A-game tomorrow.

Absolutely, that is being pounded into my training group.

Done with Day 0. Training starts tomorrow at Flatbush with Supt. Gray. Anyone familiar with him/her?

On lunch, Day 1. Did paperwork, and watched a video. Have Supt. Soto, seems to be a hardass, but fair and very patient, esp. With one guy who had trouble with the paperwork. I guess we get into what the next two weeks will bring, because bus work starts tomorrow.

I have my medical on Thursday, any ideas on what the blood sugar level needs to be. I see people mention the Blood Pressure, but if i recall they check the blood sugar level as well.
Anything under 220 is good...if it's higher (like mine was), they'll tell you to have some water, and walk around for 30 minutes. I went from >400 to 120, was shocked at how much it dropped.
Good Luck, you should keep in contact with Mrs, Chestnut, They will tell you that you should hear from them with in 3-90 days. If you don't hear from them by early to mid next week, i would call her.
They say 3 to 90, but with me both times it was 3.

sent from my note4
Congratulations!!! Second try, right?

Yes. The 90 days start from the first day at Zerega but they won't kick in until the 1st of the month after those 90 days. For example, I started on 9/6 and my benefits just started last week, 12/1
9/6 to 12/1 is 86 days, you're sure you have benefits now and not until 1/1/17?

Does the 90 day benefits clock start at classroom Day 1?

180 livingston is medical and HR paperwork. Zerega is training location and yes you fill out paperwork both locations. After qualification you're sent to TWC 100 for other paperwork. All of which your paid.
Ok, didn't know that.

Got into Livingston early today 7:00 for Final Processing; the gent up front gave me my ticket and told me to go straight to window #3. She said I was early, then gave me a ton of forms to fill out. I thought this was going to be Day 1 work at Zerega, benefits, direct deposit, beneficiaries, etc. Anyway, 8:40 now, waiting for call.

I actually emailed her asking for a status, and got the letter almost immediately. It's like they crossed in cyberspace.
