Doing it towards the beginning of your career is generally easier since you're not as complacent and more open minded to change. I don't knock anyone for staying in title or passing a promotion because of their schedule. We all have lives outside of this job. That's the beauty of this place, it's your option.

I read that. It may affect scores. Don't know if I trust the agency and the TWU. Them hiring provisional gives them a lot of flexibility.

I've been playing catch up with this thread over the last few days and pretty much read the entire thing. You guys have to keep in mind that the list has not yet been published and for some reason that is concerning me.
