Congrats to those starting tomorrow and to everyone else in the future clssses and those going through the process. Does anyone know if we have to wear the blue pants, grey shirt at orientation or does that start for training?

What’s the difference between the 2 divisions? Just cleared medical today finally and put in the 12/17 class. Hoping Coney Island isn’t the only place for training

Yes. When I went for pre employment they didn’t have us list anything about our license or driving record because they don’t consider t/o a driving position. But if at any point there’s any questions about driving history just be honest

Word of advice be careful during the medical questionnaire. A lot of the questions of you answer yes to you’ll be placed in medical hold. Not saying to lie but really think about your answers and be 1000% sure. I’m currently on a hold and going through hell to get cleared for blacking out 6 years ago from not eating in the morning during the summer. I passed MTA medical but they need clearance from an outside doctor so now I’ve already had 3 tests done on my heart and still have to see a neurologist before my doctor is willing to sign me off even though he says that I’m fine 🤦🏽‍♂️. Just hoping I can still make the class for the 26th, good luck to anyone else going through this

My list number is in the mid 100s, did pre employment drug test on Wednesday and got an email for the final phase which they’re saying is the medical on Tuesday. The email also said I’m being considered for the class that starts on 11/26. Process moving a lot faster than I expected
