So I start my class on nov 8 Sunday I am super excited but so nervous I never drove a vehicle bigger than my suv and I just hope everything goes smooth

I just got a call as well my cdl permit expired and I know dmv extended deadlines to get it renewed I just don’t know up to when. I have to call dmv tommorow and find out

Alright. Apparently after calling more than 10 times to 5 or 6 numbers. A gentleman on the phone said there will be another 7612 class real soon. Doesn't know about expire cdl permits. He said the hiring manager ronald st john is the one to speak too. 

 

Good luck reaching him lol. Last time I spoke to him was at 180 livingston. Really nice guy. So I emailed him. 

I have been trying to get in touch with mr ronald St. John can you share his email because I couldn’t understand it from his voicemail ... his voice was kind of distorted 

How’s it going I been trying to call and speak to someone and I finally got a hold of someone who told me to speak to a guy name Ronald Saint John but he never picks up for bus operator exam 7612 my appointment was suppose to be on March 22 2020 but because of COVID it slowed everthing down I hope I still get a chance to get in MTA

Yeah but that’s what I’m saying what if I renew mine again for another 180 days and they still don’t call me .. do I have to retake the whole thing over again because to me that’s not fair because I got it so soon because they said to get it now it’s going to be almost a year and I haven’t received no call to come in list number 12Xx

So I have a question basically I had gotten a text from transit saying to go get my CDL permit and I did so it was issued 11/2018 it expired in May of 2019 180 days they saying I can renew it for another 180 days but what if transit does not call me within that time frame and it expires again I have to redo all those tests smh!????? Just to get back the cdl permit??

Good afternoon so I checked the dcas database and it’s says my certification sequence number is 63* and then it’s says dates likes 5-30-2019 and expires 6-30-2019 can anyone explain what that means my list number is 12XX

So basically if it says 5/28/2019 we should be expecting a pre employment letter soon ..?? And also can anyone tell us what they look for in the medical examination part? Do they make you blow into anything like nyc corrections??

I been seeing a lot of people getting calls and going through the process .. happy for you guys my number is 12XX can’t anyone kind of give me a sense of direction or idea on when i can expect a call... seems like a forever wait

Thanks for that information my brother .. idk about soon my list number is 12XX hopefully soon tho 

So they are up to the 7XXs?? Anyone know for sure what number they might be up I read someone got a letter from the 7xxs? I called the employment center they said they only up to 486 so I’m confused ..

I called the MTA employment center this morning and spoke with a gentleman and he kindly told me they were up to number 4xx in the hiring process for exam number 7612 so let’s just hope they continue to move up the list in hiring faster and stronger goodluck to all 

My question is if they have another bus operator exam coming out feb 8 and haven’t even contacted some of us ?? Where does that leave us are we going to still be considered ??

What does a outstanding certification mean? That what it says I have when I call dcas and they don’t even tell you what number they are up too ..

Yeah I want to know the same thing as well .. every time I call the dcas number and follow the steps to see what’s going on the number hangs up on me

Does anybody know what list number they are up to from exam 7612

So my list number is 12** for b/o exam 7612 I got the email to go get my Cdl license and i got my cdl permit already so will I be getting called soon or do I have a long wait anyone can give me a ball park idea??
