Hey everyone! My name is John. I founded Art in Res - which is sort of like Airbnb for fine art (peer to peer, try before you buy art rentals). I'm constantly using the NYC subway system - and the occasional bus, strong preference for subways, though! - to visit artists in their studios. I also use my own product (obviously) so I'm often taking works of art home on the subway to hang on my own wall :) I'm a self-employed startup operator, so it's an incredibly good value for me to pay for a monthly subway pass... I don't think there's a subway line I haven't been on, but since there are so many artists in Queens and Brooklyn, those are the boroughs I'm usually going to or from.
