Hi, I also work for CPM and am a Shop Steward with TWU Local 100 O/A with same. As to Contractual raises, we just received the last of raises for this year before our Contract expires end-of-month. These raises were included in our 2017 Contract including a $500 bonus we received in June-so, it's not necessarily that a new Contract was ratified. Thus, as long as you're a Union member raises, bonuses, et al will be given as agreed with the Agency and/or stipulated by the particular Collective Bargaining Agreement. Moreover, although the hiring freeze affects all of us within the Agency as to promotions, etc., it is not the same for Union Members-as Lay-offs, etc., protocol is not the same for Union Members....
