    Please stop spreading false information

Spreading False Information, Did you know what happened to the r142as on the (6) line? They're Permanently in the Corona yard and they are now R188s, So which means the Jamaica and the CIY Swap may become Permanent the Jamaica yard will be keeping R160s from the CIY but I don't know if they will do it or not.

    False Information in your opinion.

R46 (R) at Canal heading SB to 59 St. This is MOST LIKELY to be a SWAP TRAIN.

It is because if it's a 59th Street bound R46 (R) train and it stops at 4th avenue 59th street, It will make a Switch to the Express track and travel to 59th street, Via Sea Beach and go to the CIY yard

Exactly, I'm not saying R160s will return back to CIY when R211s arrive but I'm saying there is 50/50 chance. we will will see and we are not sure tbh.

Wait but My best friend told me that the R160s will be transfered to the Jamaica yard and IT WILL BE IN THAT YARD FOREVER he didn't Proved it but at the end of CBTC he told me it'll be extremely rare for an (R) train use NTTs

Custom numberplate 8843-8847 Is now on the (R)👀 I thought they wouldve kept this set at CIY

What would happen if they remove the (W) for extra cars

They already did and the (W) trains r160s came from the CIY so yea.

There is a R160 on the N. Spotted SB at Canal St. 9003-9007 and 9078-9082.

There is a R32 on the C. Spotted SB at Fulton. Car numbers are 3856-7, 3664-5, 3864-5, and 3726-27, south to north. 3856 is worthy of special mention bc it has its builders plate intact. The T/O wrapped it up right when we left Fulton, hitting 45 in the Cranberry Tubes.

Some R32s on the (C) train is retired and the reason you rarely see r160s on the (N) because they're still some sets running on the (N) line. Or less.

You need to stop assuming which cars are going where in the future. As of now, the Alstom R160s from CIY are permanently remaining at Jamaica Yard. What happens a few years from now is a mystery to all of us, so just chill out and stop with the guessing game.

About the R211 transfer there is a 50/50 chance that the R160s will transfer back to the CIY it's only a Prediction people keeps saying that but they don't know that's true, just wait a few years and will see about that

#8926? Looks like thats a new set that was transfered over.

Speaking of loud siemens motors take a look at this video

Bro I took that one to 4th avenue 9th street Yesterday so I knew that the (E) and the (F) won't be sharing siemens anymore, So they have one siemens in one line and mostly that siemens must be from the (Q)

I rode a R46 <Q> train today, and yes it had the diamond symbol that's why I used it here lol.

Before in the 1970s I think.. the (B) service to Grand Street to Brighton Beach was Suspended I don't Know why but thats how the <Q> was created but, A month ago I saw a <Q> Train on sea beach so I think It could represent "Via Sea Beach."

I'm just telling facts.

Okay, Understand? I'm not trying to be disrespectful it's just I hate when people just get so Concern by Any type of Typing used in chat. Jesus.

For one thing, it would have to be two stations, since the (B)(D) and (N)(Q) run over the bridge on two separate pairs of tracks. Either way, it’s not feasible due to the track grades approaching the bridge and lack of space to put platforms on the span. However, I’ve always wondered (even before online transit forums existed!) if it would be feasible to build to locate a dual-island platform station (underground, of course!) in the MetroTech area just before the tracks begin to split up. I’m not really sure how much distance there is between DeKalb Junction and the DeKalb Avenue station, but if such a station existed, it would allow riders to be able to transfer cross-platform between the (B)(D) and (N)(Q), so that would go towards addressing concerns that DeKalb and Atlantic would be overwhelmed by transferring passengers if DeKalb Junction is deinterlined.

As for this off-peak (Z) via 6th Avenue, it’s not so much that it would be expensive to run it. Rather, it would be an operational headache to run it. You’d have to sacrifice some (F) and/or (M) service to fit the (Z), even during midday off peak hours. Is there even a significant demand for a direct 6th Avenue service to the Jamaica Avenue el stations during midday off-peak hours?

Also making two stations on the Manhattan bridge will be pointless the bridge is only made for trains going to manhattan or to Brooklyn and also it will take years for the MTA to make two stations on the manhattan bridge and it wouldn't be their Idea as well so Planning to make stations on any kind of bridge going above the ocean will be pointless and stupid so

They are permanently staying at Jamaica Yard until somewhat happens to swap sets in the future  rn it’s not it

R160B siemens could be staying in the Jamaica yard Permanently because its agreed to be all R160s in the Queens Blvd Line,

But.... Not all R160B siemens will be in the jamaica yard they will still be left in the CIY

R211s are expected to arrive in 2021 NOT 2025, R211s are all CBTC Equipped so I would Say that there is 50/50 Chance that R160s might be swapped back to it's home yard in Coney Island when R211s are in service in Next Year.

An Extremely rare chance that they could do CBTC again, There's a chance that some R160s wouldn't move to the CIY again or It will, We're gonna see,

Also Thanks for telling me it's gonna be testing in the next year I can't wait to see it in action.

Correction: Not a Extremely rare chance they'll do CBTC on the Queens Blvd Line so ye.

when is R160 Alstom To Send Back To Coney Island Yard Before R211 (F)(R) Trains in 2025?

We don't know if they might bring it back to the coney island yard somehow when the R211 comes it will be tested on one line which we don't know. Later on it's gonna transfer to all the yards in the new york city transit and mostly the (E)(F)(M) and (R) trains will be all R160s and some R211s will be running on the Queens Blvd Line and mostly It could be a chance that the r160s and some siemens might go back to the CIY but it's a prediction and it could be true or wrong we'll see in 2025.

I would love to know why everyone thinks they're going back...

Lmao, It could be a possibility that they could come back in the CIY buts it's a Extremely low chance when the R211 runs on the Queens Blvd line so it's a Extremely low chance

  10. CBTC is halfway done but today in the AM rush hours I saw countless R46s and R68s on the (N) line in 14 street union square and I saw one R160B siemens (R) train and I rode to Jay-Street MetroTech, but before I caught that siemens I saw a Coney Island stillwell avenue bound R160A-2 Half cuomo wrapped (Q) train well it's not connect to CBTC, So I didn't saw more changes on the (E) and (F) lines but just more Astoria sets in the r160s and still one siemens in the (E) and (F) lines are still sharing day by day and the (Q) line still have a whole bunch of siemens running and the (M) line? No changes because the r160s are only a 8-car set so that is what i'm seeing today and before. Let me see what you guys saw in the Coney island and Jamaica yard swap.
