I just hope that these knuckleheads realize that the r211's will return to service (it's a matter of when) and that they will become the most reliable subway fleets just like the r179's.
If anyone actually believes the r32s are coming back is just Beyond gullible

The shouldn't be 8 cars if it's still out of Jamaica Yard. It should be 10 cars for fleet flexibility. Making it 8 cars in Jamaica yard would create issues since the yard is already overcrowded with it's fleet. having a separate 8 car fleet would make it even more complicated.
Or the G can move back to Coney Island yard once its 480ft

The MTA doesn't realize no matter how wide the doors are even plug doors aren't going to help the time the trains spend at busy stations people just hold the wider doors. It was a waste making the doors wider and lost of seats huge fail I swear I hope the r268 doors are not 58 inches

I've rode the r211 over 10 times so I've rode them enough to judge them idgaf what yall formers think I can compare them to the r179 and I stand on what I said.
And now everyone is a judge on rolling stock now .... 😂😂

The r179s are even smoother than the R142s.
I agree the 179s are the best cars in the system . The r211s are on a scale from 1/10 I give them a 5. The 160s are better then those cars
