Doing an investigation for litigation related to a bus accident here. MTA bus struck pedestrian. Pedestrian was actually ok but bus passengers were injured due to short stop. A few questions: Is every MTA bus equipped with cameras? If so, are they inside the bus? Outside? What is a paddle report/sheet? What logs/records does the MTA or its driver maintain in their normal course of business? Which documents maintained by the MTA would you subpoena in order to prove your case against them?
