Hi all just got called in for assistant conductor for MNR my problem is that I have 7 years on the job for mta transit as bus operator and is 25- 55 I now that MNR is more money better everything but all I need is 17 more years to retirement with my tittle now I could be wrong haven’t read the contract or pension for MNR but I think is 62 -30 for full pension has anyone done this major change and is worth it thanks in advance btw I don’t wanna retired 30 years from now I’ll be 69
