Did medical and Got sworn in today for Nov 15th class! List number 25xx here .. they give you all your paperwork for orientation as well as paperwork to order boots. The lady said give it 48 hrs before trying to put an order in. They also gave me a textbook for school. Good luck everyone !

Is it hard to get into SIR as a train operator ? Would love to know the steps, getting processed as a TO, have my medical this week coming up. Just would love to hear everyone’s experience on here. Thanks !

I was suppose to be in October 4th class was put on medical hold. Went the following week was cleared and was sworn in and put in to the November 15th class. So there is a class in November they are probably waiting for last week to call you guys in. That’s exactly what happened with me for Oct. 4th they called me in the week before. Just be patient and on top of them at the same time. Good luck. 

How do you be on top of them? Is there a contact ?

Took my pre employment last week on Wednesday 10/13. Patiently waiting for medical and my list number is 2591
