I been try to make appointment I been call every day and nobody answering calling i left voicemail nobody call me back ?

I went to my interview on 02/04/2022 but I didn’t walk with my ss card so they told me I couldn’t do the drug test that I had to make other appointments they give me a number but I been calling the number every day and nobody answering and I leave voicemail but nobody calls me back
