  1. After working with NYCTA around more than 8 years I moved to another Mayoral agency DDC. I had been working for NYCTA from 04-06-2015 as an Asst. Electrical Engineer, DCAS exam number # 1037. I moved to DDC on July 10, 2023, as an Associate Project Manager I, DCAS exam number # 9003. There is no break in service since 04-06-2015. As a DC37 member and all my employments are through DCAS list, I believe my city start date should be 04-06-2015 instead of 07-10-2023. I know some of my colleagues who moved from NYCTA to others City agency. There was no issue with their city start date. They got their city start date from the commencing of NYCTA. As a result, they are receiving the longevity and Recurring Icrement Payment (RIP) amount. I request DDC HR Director to review their decision. Please help me if you or anyone from NYCTA has any memo or documents on this which will help me to resolve this issue by DCAS and OLR. I called union representative of NYCTA. They don't have any documents. Please help me to resolve this issue. Without this, I will not get my Longevity and recurring increment payment(RIP). Also, my sick leave and annual leave will be reduced as a new city employee. Thanks, Anup
