As a MHB do you work in the barn (where they work on the trains) or do you work with buses? I’m asking because I’m a CTA looking for routes to become a Car Inspector. I see you can promote to CI from MHB in car equipment. I want to take the promotion to MHB exam but the NOE description sounds like I would be working with buses. I noticed two exams: 1. Promo to MHB (Auto mechanic helper) 2. Just Promo to MHB. I’m trying to figure out how which MHB test I need to take to be in TA car equipment. Thanks
