my friend starts training April 4th and his instructor is siegal how is that instructor if anyone could tell me my friend asked me

Day 2 was yesterday did well on my first run behind the wheel near zerega but run no 2 near 135 st in the Bronx had to back out of two turns and got trolley braked a coupe times too, I need to realize I have to walk before I can run and was going too fast into and through turns on my last try I was able to correct those issues but still received unsatisfactory for the day bc if the earlier errors. My instructor tells me days 1-4 are instructional days though and 5-7 are the 'show me' days so I think as long as I take it easy and do it his way I should be ok, tom supposedly we're gonna go in the simulator

take ur time both hands on the wheel 3 to 5 mph move and steer who`s ur instructor

Does anyone suggest taking CDL lessons before the training and getting your license before even being called up?

u do need a cdl permit when they call u but i did it on my own time getting the cdl lincese 1st be 4 the mta hired me i did it so i have one less obstacle to worry about. if u wanna have 1 less obstacle 2 worry about i would say go 4 it but lets say u have the cdl license u still gotta learn to drive the bus there way the mta way u just won`t have 2 take the dmv road test that`s all.

Hey Goose! Just an update on Igor he sent me an email a few days ago that he messed up on day 6 so he couldn't`t qualify on day 7. Had day 9 and 10, and he's in a nervous break down, because he really wants it bad...after that nothing else. Today was Day 10 so let's see...we were in the boat like him while back...did read my email about Siegel? Let me know...

good news day 9 i qualified supt Doyle he`s very good if who ever get`s him he explained the turns alot better on left and right turns supt santos explained the best on parking the bus and straight backing of the bus. day 8 and 9 i had doyle so i`m in now zerega monday 2 train on the rts

The pellers were something else for me, but I did alright. Did you paraelle park?

Your welcome Mark that's a good ? that unfortunately I don't have the answer to but I'm guessing because MaBSTOA is a subsidiary of New York City Transit they have jurisdiction and TA doesn't have a Traffic Checker title they also do Surveys over at Bus Company as well

 

To answer your second ? I don't want to tell you yes and the answer turns out to be wrong the only good answer I can give you is to call down to livingston street and talk to someone in Human Resources or Call the Business Service Center
