  1. I heard from my uncle, who works at Castleton, and said that the NG buses won't be going to Castleton because of the problems that they are having. They are switching them to Carey Stengel. He said that there were a lot of problems. I don't understand why there are so many problems with the buses in Staten Island.

  2. They don't want to send them out because the wash in Castleton is causing problems and doing damage to the bus. If they can't resolve that soon, according to an SI Driver on TransitStuff, they'll be heading to Casey Stengel (My response to that :"NOOOOOoo!!!!!!!!").

Wow it sounds like a 1999 NovaBus! Was the A/C on?

No. The A/C was off. It does sound like a Nova, but it was a test bus. But don't really count on them being in Castleton very long. They are going to wind up at another depot because they are already having problems with the bus. Besides the wash, the bus didn't do that great when it was testing Sunday. So we'll see if they will move or stay.

  3. Okay. So the video portion I recorded was shit. But I have the audio recording. It's from Guyon Avenue to Champlaign Avenue on the S78. It was bus #3800, not 3801. 3801 and 3805 will head to Castleton tomorrow or sometime this week (3801 and 3805 are still at Zerega). Remind you, this is a test bus, not really in service.

Unfortunately, I forgot how to upload audio files onto the forums, so I had to use pictures I had on my computer and make it to a video file. Now are there any comments.

  4. I can't get the damn video to upload. It keeps on saying it is damaged or corrupted. That what I get for installing useless programs. Well since my last day of school is Monday, I will look for the NG bus and record it again. By the way, the NG bus (3801) left St. George at 1:06PM today.

  5.

This is what he posed on one of my threads today. So it looks as if Staten Island will definitely be getting some O7's! Here's where most of these buses currently are housed. I wonder if this means MAN, FLA, and GA will be getting NG O7's?

Does this mean Manhattanville will receive Orion 5 buses and the good RTS buses? I can't wait for them to show up.
